Eligibility
CITIZENSHIP: Only Indian Nationals are eligible.
Qualifications
The candidates must have passed 10+2 or 3 year diploma recognized
by the Central/State Government or equivalent qualification from
any Board. They should have secured not less than 50% marks in aggregate
with Mathematics and English as one of the subjects and 40% marks
in NATA.
Admissions
General Category
Admissions are done on the basis of the marks obtained at
the qualifying examination and an all India National Aptitude Test
in Architecture (NATA) conducted by Council of Architecture (COA).
Candidates must submit their application on or before the last date
and arrange to send the photocopy of their 10+2/diploma marks card
and NATA score card so as to reach us on or before 10.06.09. The
application number must be written on the top right corner of the
photocopy.
FOREIGN/NRI CATEGORY
Admissions under this category are handled by a separate
office.
Candidates can apply both under General and Foreign/NRI category.
Change of category from Foreign/NRI to General after admisson will
not be entertained under any circumstances.
Merit List
Based on the marks obtained in Physics Chemistry and Biology at
10+2 Manipal University will display the merit list on the website.
Candidates with Physics Chemistry and mathematics as subject will
be considered
for admision to BSc OPt or BASLP course against these ranks. In
case of two
or more canidates obatinig equal marks in the merit list. the iner-se
merit
of such canidates will be determinde respectively on the basis of
English
marks and the total marks at the qualifying examination.
