The doctoral studies programme in Education aims at training professionals in education in the skills and competencies related to systematically organising investigations into various concerns and problems in Education. This programme consists of only thesis work and involves no course-work. It is offered in ENGLISH medium.

Eligibility

To begin with, the programme is offered mainly to those who posses the degree of M.Phil. (Education).

Candidates with 55 percent marks in the Postgraduate examination (50 percent for SC/ST candidates) are eligible to apply.

Program Fee

The program fee of Doctor of Philosophy in Education (Ph.D) is Rs. 10,000.
